If you are not completely satisfied with the workmanship or quality of your purchase within 30 days from the shipment of your order, you may return your order in it’s original packaging and condition.

There will be a 15% restocking fee.  Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and Marric Products is not responsible for any labor expenses.

Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibilities of the customer.  All returns must be authorized by Marric Products and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

No returns will be processed without an RMA number. 

Email customerservice@marricproducts.com to request an RMA number.  RMA numbers expire after 30 days of issue, if product is not returned within 30 days a new RMA number request must be completed.
